Battle-Discussion: «CoworKING or OfficeKING?»

Agenda of the battle: teams take a deep dive into a live discussion by answering the main question: Why have some chosen or are considering coworking for their team, while others prefer an exclusively traditional office? How the pandemic changed the perception of the office?

We will discuss:

What is more important for the tenant: rental rate or comfort?

• Flexibility

Workplace flexibility, premises and rates

• People

Administrative resource: the level of involvement in the process and productivity

• Comfort

What service do tenants receive in offices and coworking spaces?

• Privacy and discipline and much more.

Participants:

• «Coworking» team- companies with serviced office.
• «Classic office» team – companies with a classic office.

The jury is the audience who will evaluate the answer to questions and the argumentation after each discussion! As a result of the discussion of all issues the winner will be chosen!
