At the XX Anniversary Award in the field of commercial real estate CRE Moscow Awards 2023, Maris received a golden brick in the nomination "Deal of the Year. Rental of office real estate" for the lease of office space in the Nevsky Town Hall quarter by an oil and gas company. The deal was the largest in the history of Russia.
