In December 2007 the company Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network signed a contract with the developer of the industrial parks net of A class "Eurasia Logistics".
Logopark in Kolpino has become the subject of the contract, Maris Properies being the one to rent warehouse areas.
The A class Logopark project in Kolpino is the biggest one in St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region.
The total warehouse area comes to 573 776 sq. m. Logopark located in the industrial district Shushary is seen to be the most perspective and intensely developing one in the logistics segment.
The construction of the huge warehouse complex being held at present is to be finished in 2009 year.
