MARIS brought a new tenant to Guildiya business center

Guildiya business center fitted the best for the tenant according to all criteria. It is located in central district of Petersburg, near the Kutuzov embankment. This is a class В+ business center with an area of 5,000 sqm. Its classic facades were recreated in 2010 according to the project by P.Y Suzov architect. The premises are equipped with everything necessary for a modern office. A separate representative entrance to the business center was allocated for the tenant.
