Golden brick in the CRE Moscow Awards 2020 in the category "Rent. Retail Real Estate". The deal - the first in Russia and Europe Uniqlo store in Roadside format with total area of 2,400 sqm; consultant - CBRE.

"Deal of the Year. Lease. Office real estate".
Golden brick at the CRE Moscow Awards 2020 in the nomination "Deal of the Year. Rent. Office real estate". The deal - Rostelecom leased about 24 000 sqm (100% office space) in office center Akademik on Vernadsky Prospekt; consultant - CBRE.
