Bushe rented production and warehouse complex in Otradnoye
New tenant of the complex is St. Petersburg network of bakeries and confectionary – Bushe. Founded in 1999, the company is currently one of the largest in St. Petersburg and produces more than 40 tons of products per day that are sold in 60 establishments of the chain, as well as in federal retail chains. In 2017, the bakery was opened in Moscow. For 23 years Bushe has managed to create a wide, dynamically changing range of products of the highest quality.

For many years, St. Petersburg has been experiencing a serious shortage of high-quality production facilities. At the same time, against the background of constantly increasing requirements for food enterprises, the option of investing in old facilities is becoming less predictable, while the construction of a new one may turn out to be "golden". Our team worked out for Bouche the entire string of solutions used in the industrial segment, from renting a bare "box" to a full-fledged BTS, until, in the end, we came to a third, qualitatively different concept that has no direct analogues on the market».
Roman Pewzner, commercial head of Bushe coffee chain comments on the deal: «It was a very difficult process from finding a site to negotiations, which lasted almost a year and often there was a feeling that we had almost reached an impasse. But thanks to the effort of both parties and the participation of Alexander Shevelev from CBRE, we came to a successful conclusion of the transaction, which was the beginning of the largest project in the 23-year history of the company».
PWC of Otradnoye – production and warehouse complex located in Leningrad region (3 km from the border of St.Petersburg). The immediate proximity to the city gives the region good supply of qualified labor resources. The production site with a total area of 3 hectares is provided with all necessary engineering facilities: heating, gas, electricity, water supply and sewerage. On an industrial area there is a current dead-end railway line, the entire territory is fenced and under 24/7 security. It is possible to use gas in technology. The area is provided with fiber-optic communication and high-speed internet, city and local telephone communication, video surveillance.
