The training program was created by IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management, USA), the leading international organization in the sphere of real estate professional education. James Cantrell – a many year IREM instructor, with wide experience in the management of residential facilities was the one who trained the specialists.
The training program included complex comprehension of all questions concerning residential objects management. The following themes were disclosed: organization of HOA, interaction with staff, owners, contractors, legal aspects, planning, management, finance and budgeting, maintenance and operation. The course is based on the best international practices and adapted to Russian realities of the market.
