This is another example of the deal with the participation of Maris team, where the landlord is ready to replace current tenants with an anchor one. Talking about trends on the real estate market, we can note the rotation - replacement of tenants, which emerges on the market more often but used to be a single case. Many owners of the premises are ready for this because it is a  subject to cash flow increase.
