It has been significantly exceeding the supply for several years. Objects of 5,000-10,000 sqm are in the most demand, but even larger ones are also on the  interest. The pandemic has had little effect on the actual activity of tenants. The majority of existing business centers continued to be filled, and tenants' search for new offices in 2021 has recovered almost to previous levels.
