Maris became the absolute leader in the leasing of office premises

News of the Leading Brokers Ratings in St. Petersburg for 2011by Exclusive Day

The three leading brokers and consultants in the office leasing market in St. Petersburg have been named at the Exclusive Day conference. The Broker's ratings were compiled by the editors of Commercial Real Estate Magazine North West and were announced on February 8th during the Second annual Exclusive Day press conference.

Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network became the absolute leader in the leasing of office premises in classes A, B and C in business centers in St. Petersburg, Russia. During 2011, Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network specialists closed 34 deals and leased a total of 17,741 square meters of office premises. Colliers International came second and closing the top 3 office leasing companies was East Real.

During 2011 the 9 leading companies that took part in the ratings leased and sold a total of 86,220 square meters (244 transactions) of office premises of all types.
