Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network became the absolute leader

Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network became the absolute leader among the brokerage companies in St. Petersburg in the office leasing segment of commercial real estate.

This is the third year in a row that Maris was awarded best  office leasing broker for volume and quality.  As well, Maris
was awarded Deal of the Year in the Industrial Segment. 

In the overall ranking amongst the top 12 brokerage companies, Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network ranked third, having transacted deals on 82 764 sq.m of commercial space in St. Petersburg in 2013.

Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network was acting as a broker for several large deals in 2013. Among them:

• The Sale of a warehouse and industrial facility in Kolpino, previously owned by Baltimor-Neva, with a total area of 48 000 sq.m
• Lease of 6 400 sq.m of office space by GazpromNeft in the multi-functional centre U Krasnogo Mosta

Broker's ranking was held for the fourth consecutive year. The initiator and organizer is Dmitry Kirman, independent journalist and managing partner of Press Papier agency. 12 brokerage companies participated in the ranking in 2013.
