Maris will co-organize the training conference “Smart – commercial real estate management”

The first stage of the program will be an analytical discussion, where participants will discuss issues regarding staff scarcity, roles of management companies at various stages of facility management, as well as legal aspects of management and operation of commercial real estate. Boris Moshensky, General Director of Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network, will be the session moderator. 

Two workshops will be held in the second stage:
1. ”Managing a business center. Theory, supported by cases”
2. ”Managing a shopping center. Theory, supported by cases”

Alena Berdigan, Head of Office Agency at Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network, will speak about tenant preferences regarding office layout and unconventional approaches for attracting potential tenants to business centers.
