“VNII Galurgii” institute rented an office at the Kellermann Center

Joint-Stock Company «VNII Galurgii» rented 3,102 sq.m. in the Kellermann Center Business Center on 10th Krasnoarmeyskaya St., 22.

The deal was brokered by Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network.

VNII Galurgii JSC is a research and development institute in the sphere of exploration, mining and processing of mining chemical feedstock, which has incorporated scientists and designers in Perm and Saint Petersburg.
Over the years, VNII Galurgii carried out research and development and project works for foreign partners, such as: Bulgaria, Libya, China, Iceland, Egypt, Jordan, Iran and Iraq. At present, VNII Galurgii JSC consists of 14 research laboratories and 24 design departments.

“Due to low supply of high-quality office space in St. Petersburg in general, our company as a broker faced difficult task of office premises selection. This work took four months - from the moment of the first show till completion of the deal. Several options for buying and renting were considered. At the same time, tight deadlines for the move were imposed and in a business center as well should be the possibility of the tenant's specific technical premises placement, that was explained by production specifics of the institute,” said Nelly Aleinikova, Head of Corporate Services and Sales at Maris in association with CBRE.

As a result, VNII Galurgii made its choice in favor the "Kellermann Center", which has been a part of Raven Russia portfolio since 2017. After complete reconstruction of the former factory complex, this building meets the class A standards for office space segment, offering tenants modern engineering solutions, design and developed infrastructure, as well as parking for car owners.
