"Speaking of the commercial part of the transaction, it is indicative, that it was completed in the recession year 2009. It is a financially unstable time that made a buyer and a seller agree on commercial terms. The work on this project was very difficult at all stages of the transaction. It is good that the buyer is a Russian industrial company working in real sector of the economy which is ready to invest and develop its business".
Comments by the buyer: "Under conditions of price reduction in the property market there is an opportunity to purchase a new production base at reasonable price where we will be able to develop new upcoming trends, for which there is not enough space on the existing factory areas".
