RESULTS OF THE 1ST HALF OF 2011 IN MARIS
Summing up the results of its work in the first half of 2011 consulting company Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network is ready to share the following news:
1.In the first half of 2011, Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network holds the leading position on the office leasing market of St. Petersburg. Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network leased 8,200 square meters in A and B class business centers. One of the biggest leasing deals in 1Q 2011 is lease of 3,000 sq.m in office center Technopolis by company METSO. Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network was the consultant of the deal.
2.The beginning of new business directions: Business Development Department with Kyle Patching as its Director and Residential Department headed by Konstantin Mamykin.
By the end of the first half of the year, Mr. Patching has further developed services as our in-depth professional consulting, as well as sale of investment assets. Active work on the investment market, is one of the main goals of Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network Business Development Director. Kyle Patching participated in events such as: The Big Consulting Forum 2011, CRE Summit and CRE ceremony, the Forum for Construction and Real Estate of the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce, all of these forums not only allowed the company to reinforce its position on the marketplace, but also it was a very useful experience and allowed Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network to get acquainted with many vital and decisive people.
3.The most interesting and large projects of the consulting and valuation department, implemented in the second quarter of 2011:
Carrying out quarterly evaluation of the asset portfolio of the Finnish investment fund EVLI, which includes office centers "Kellermann Center" and "Premium" as well as lthe ogistics complex "Gorigo";
Tyumen, Tomsk, Novosibirsk and Kaliningrad hotel and residential real estate Market research for the company "Albergo";
For Scania we carried out a market research and assessment of the market rents for the service center in the industrial zone Shushary and adjacent land;
Also Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network evaluated retail and office center "Mertens House" in the standards of RICS.
4.Facility management department closed an agreement and provided services in terms of preoperational services for the property complex that belongs to Interkros SP Company.
