Results of 2010
During 2010 Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network closed 44 leasing deals of Class A and B office spaces. The total area of leased office premises was 20,160 sqm. Clients of the company were such prestigious organizations as Johnson & Johnson, Odnoklassniki.ru, BaltNefteProduct, Web Plus, Tele2, Emerson, Kadis etc.
Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network was also successful in leasing 17,600 sqm in a class C industrial complex, which is located in the south of the city and includes warehouse, industrial, office spaces and parking for trucks.
Among the most significant Strategic Consulting and Valuation Department works should be noted appraisal of the business centers Kellermann-center, Premium, the logistics complex Gorigo for the investment company Amplion; as well as researches of the hotel real estate market in Russia for the Italian company network Domina. Our Strategic Consulting and Valuation Department has consulted prominent clients such as Baltijskaya Zhemchugina and Gasprominvestbank North-West.
In January of 2011 we started our new Residential Department. Konstantin Mamikin who has long-term experience in this segment, has been appointed as the head of the department.
This new department offers apartments in buildings which are under construction in Petrogradskyi and Viborgskyi districts and provides services such as:
- Selling apartments from developers (contractors);
- Working with subsidies and certificates in terms of government housing programs;
- Searching for and obtaining the optimum alternatives for client;
- Consultation during building construction;
- Negotiations in terms of closing share participation contracts and also purchase and assignment contracts.
