Maris became "Consultant of the Year"

Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network was named Consultant of Year 2014, the highest and only recognition award among real estate service providers, at the 11th annual Commercial Real Estate Awards ceremony, held in Sochi on June 26th.

Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Award – the only professional award in commercial real estate. It was established in 2003 and is an important and prestigious event in the professional world. Leading experts and market professionals annually celebrate the success and achievements and determine the leaders in the field of commercial real estate.

Among the nominees for "Consultant of the Year" in addition to Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network, there were such prominent companies as «Colliers International» and «Astera in alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate».

According to the results of independent broker rankings, for the third year in a row, Maris became the absolute leader amongst brokerage companies in St. Petersburg in the office lease segment; this is a 30% of share of deals completed with the participation of brokers.

Maris was awarded Deal of the Year in two categories: The Lease of office space in the Multi-Functional Centre ‘U Krasnogo Mosta’ and the Sale of a Warehouse and Industrial facility in Kolpino, previously owned by Baltimor-Neva 48,000 m2 and 13 hectares to A+ Development.
