International Investment Forum Proestate 2008
From the 3rd till 5th of September 2008 in the exhibition complex LenExpo the second International Investment Forum PROEstate has been held. This event gathered in Saint-Petersburg 2908 participants from 40 Russian regions and 21 countries of the world and became the largest exhibition of real estate in Western and Eastern Europe in 2008.
The exhibition PROEstate 2008 is the largest exposition of best investment projects of Russia, USSR, Western and Eastern Europe. The most interesting projects of real estate of Russian regions were widely introduced in the exhibition. High technologies of real estate development and property management, city development plan, patterns of territory development, wide range of services for real estate.
Within the frame of the forum the stand by Maris | Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network was represented in the exhibition in Saint-Petersburg. The exhibition let the company get full information about existing projects on Russian and foreign markets, specify the most attractive for investment regions and cities, form contacts for successful business.
Within the limits of business program of the forum 27 special events took place, including conferences, panel discussions, master classes, where Russian and foreign experts discussed topical issues on market development of real estate. In panel discussion

« As in the past year I liked International Investment Forum Proestate 2008. I still think that the Forum PROESTATE is very useful and respectable exhibition which gather all market players of commercial real estate.
But also I noticed that in comparison with the last year, the quantity of participants in the exhibition didn't grow. I think that the quantity of local developers such as, for instance: «Тheorema » and «Renaissence» must be introduced more actively.
